Artist's Note
I created this piece during one of my live art tutorials while sharing techniques for building color and detail with alcohol inks and fine pen work. During the live, one of my viewers suggested adding a purple sunflower. Even though sunflowers aren't usually purple, we decided to try it and it became my favorite part of the entire drawing.
This piece reminds me that creativity doesn't always have to follow the rules. Sometimes the most unexpected ideas become the ones that make us smile. My hope is that it encourages you to embrace your own unique colors and bloom boldly in your own way.
