Thank you for purchasing digital products from Love My Artist! Please read this Digital Product Policy carefully before placing your order for any downloadable artwork, printables, custom video files, or other digital assets.

1. IMMEDIATE ACCESS & ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• Instant Delivery: Digital downloads are delivered electronically via a download link provided on the order confirmation page, sent via email, or delivered through account access immediately upon successful payment (or upon completion for custom digital files).

• No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges: Due to the instant, digital nature of downloadable files, all digital product sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable once the download link or digital file has been delivered or accessed.

• Accidental Purchases: Please double-check your cart before completing checkout. We cannot process refunds or cancellations for accidental purchases of digital products.

 

2. PERSONAL USE ONLY (LIMITED LICENSE GRANT)

When you purchase a digital product from Love My Artist, you are buying a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

 

What You CAN Do:

• Download and save the digital file to your personal devices.

• Print the artwork for your own personal use, home decor, or personal display.

• Give a physical print of the file as a one-time personal gift to a friend or family member.

 

What You CANNOT Do (Strictly Prohibited):

• No Reselling or Redistribution: You may not resell, sub-license, share, upload, stream, host, or distribute the original digital file or any altered version to third parties.

• No Commercial Use: You may not use the digital files, artwork, or videos for commercial purposes, business marketing, or merchandise (e.g., printing the art onto t-shirts, mugs, or products for sale) without a separate written commercial license from Love My Artist.

• No Editing for Resale: You may not edit, modify, incorporate into derivative works, or alter the digital file for the purpose of reselling or redistribution.

 

3. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital files, downloadable art, and custom videos remain the sole intellectual property of Love My Artist. Purchasing a digital download grants you a limited license to use the file under Section 2 above; it does NOT transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork or design to you.

 

4. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & DISPLAY COLORS

• Device Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible software, hardware, and internet access required to download, open, and view digital file formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPEG, MP4).

• Color Differences: Final printed results of downloadable art may vary slightly from how colors appear on your computer or phone screen due to differences in monitor calibration, printer settings, ink quality, and paper stock. Love My Artist is not responsible for minor color variations or poor output quality resulting from low-quality home or commercial printing equipment.

 

5. FILE DOWNLOAD & TROUBLESHOOTING

• Download Limits: We recommend saving your downloaded files to a secure location (e.g., computer hard drive or cloud storage) immediately after purchase, as download links may expire or be subject to limited download attempts.

• Corrupted or Missing Files: If you experience technical issues downloading your purchase, or if a link appears corrupted, please contact us within 14 days of purchase through our contact form with your order number, and we will gladly re-send or fix your download link.
